We invite you to the 2024 AI Technology Open Workshop, co-hosted by the UNIST 'Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence' and the 'AI Innovation Park'. The Graduate School, which took its first steps in 2020, has prepared this event as a place to take a look at the innovative research performance in the field of AI so far in 2024 and to introduce the latest the art of the state in research trends. This workshop will be held at UNIST on September 6, and will consist of various programs such as research talks, booth exhibitions, and poster sessions.

At this workshop, you will have the opportunity to directly get the experience of the outstanding AI results of UNIST researchers presented at world-class AI academic journals and conferences such as CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ECCV, EMNLP, ICLR, ICML, AAAI, and VIS. In addition, the corporate seminar will have in-depth discussions on the generative AI and smart industry innovation projects being promoted by HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering and HD Hyundai Avicus. Technology booths of companies cooperating with UNIST and the Graduate School of AI booth will be set up, allowing you to see the current status and future of AI technology along with actual industrial application cases.

Notably, leading global AI researchers will give you the development direction and future vision of AI technology through two plenary talks. In these talks, Prof. Hyung Jin Chang of the University of Birmingham in the UK and Prof. Victor Prisacariu of the University of Oxford will present keynote speeches introducing the latest research results and technology trends in human-centered vision AI algorithm technology and real-time vision technology through AR in mobile and wearable devices.

We hope that this workshop will be an important opportunity for domestic and international AI researchers and industry experts to get the expand opportunities for cooperation and to seek ways to advance AI technology together.
